Grade Two: "Pieces of a Whole/School of Fish" Quilt

This uniquely charming and cozy quilt is guaranteed to bring a smile for years to come. A generous size of 82" x 82", both sides feature contributions by our very own second graders. The school of fish originated from an art lesson taught by professional artist and second grade parent Monica Lancola Dergosits. Through a direct contact printing process from an actual fish, the scales, fins, and eyes are captured in one-of-a-kind color schemes. Like our children, no two are alike. Turn the quilt over and be dazzled by a vibrant bullseye pattern. Each student chose three pieces of fabric representing something special about themselves. Included with this quilt, are their thoughts about how their uniqueness is a smaller part of a greater whole. This treasure will certainly be an everlasting memory of the student's second grade experience.

5th grade- Faces

Our beautiful 5th graders will enter middle school in a blink of an eye, so we've captured their innocence in still photos depicting them practicing what they love! Did you know that our class is made up of talented gymnasts, swimmers, cheerleaders, and football, baseball, basketball, and soccer players? We also have a fisherman, a tennis player, kids who love to read, a chess champion, a loyal friend, others who celebrate their cultures, and a few who like to dress up and shop! Each of our 5th graders are unique, and most importantly, they know that their talents come from God. At the center of our beautifully framed piece of art, is a bible verse that captures this knowledge, "I can do everything through Him who gives me strength", Philippians 4:13. Let this be a reminder to all to give thanks to God for His blessings on each of us. Be the highest bidder on this precious keepsake, and your family will cherish this one-of-a-kind masterpiece for years to come!
